Or, they have a lot of people they go with , and have reservations with sub set groups, and cant delete them.
And, it would be a pain to load them back in.
I was always able to get a BG previously but as our Friends and Family has grown and the boarding groups have been split in into two groups, this additional hassle is making it harder to get a BG.
But Disney has realized this issue and rectified it.
