This is our first time using a TA (PHPD) and was curious if I should let her do the room request or simply use TP’s form? Does a TA have more clout?
TA has no more clout really.
But we are happy to do the work for you!

That’s what I figured, but thought I’d ask. Really all up to what they have available. Worked in the hotel industry but wasn’t sure since we had a pecking order of who we gave requests to first 
I’ve done FP, ADRs etc myself but was willing to give this one up if it meant finally getting off the 2nd floor of the Poly and enjoying a deck or balcony 
You can do both- just make sure nothing conflicts in either request.
