What’s the best way to request two rooms/reservations be near each other? My parents would like to be in a room near to us. Thanks!
Do one request, and put the second confirmation number in the free text box, explaining that you’d like to be close/adjoining etc.

I believe if you call you can get what is called a “Travel With” number that links your reservations. I would do that and provide the travel with in the body of the text.

The one time we did it we had some friends joining us mid-week. We did 2 separate faxes and included the other reservation number on both requests saying we would like to be close. Ended up across the hall caddy-corner which worked out very nicely.
If both checking in the same time, a single FAX may work best though…
