Hi everyone! The past 2 visits I've made to Disney's Beach Club Villas the CM has told me they never received a request/fax asking for a specific room. I know for a fact that the request was sent from the touring plans site. Have hotels started disregarding room requests by fax? Thanks so much for your help!
