Room Request Fax needs to be cancelled

I had a reservation for Port Orleans coming up. I ended up cancelling the reservation but forgot to delete the trip from touring plans. Today I received an email from Touring Plans reminding me that a room request fax would be sent out on my behalf.

Since the room request isn’t needed anymore, I wanted to cancel it in touring plans. I logged in and deleted the trip from TP. Does this cancel the fax also?
