Visiting with a group of 8 in July staying at BWI in 2 rooms. Was so happy with our room when we stayed here in May (thanks to TP!), would like to request the same room (has a connecting door, which would be perfect!).
How do I go about doing this? Should I make 2 separate trips/room requests? Or can I just use 1 and write the ‘Travel With’ number in the notes?

I’d put both room request confirmation numbers on the same fax, and say that you’d like adjoining or connecting rooms. Use one fax for best results, and let us know how it goes.

I had both on the form as @Principal listed. We got what we requested for both rooms.
