So they fax a request 5 days prior to the resort for room requests. Does that mean we should not check-in online? Or wait until 24 hours prior? Any suggestions? This is my first time using TP to request an actual room!
Checking in on-line whenever is fine. The normal recommendation is to not make any room requests when you do on-line check-in or at least certainly don’t contradict what’s in your FAX as it would confuse the room assigners if they see both.
