how do folks decorate there rooms at christmas time?
At Pop, lots and lots of people get into it – it is such a festive atmosphere. On our window, we’ve used window clings, strings of lights on battery attached with suction cups, small wreath with suction cup, jingle bells on the door… And a nice scent! 
Let me add too that the year we brought battery powered strings of Christmas lights, I used them to light our stroller at the MK at night, attached with velcro strips. Super fun!
