Anyone ever use the room request feature and get a free upgrade to a Royal Guest room?
I just searched for “upgrade” to see if there are any other threads. There are a couple. I don’t think it relates to making your room request - it’s more if they have space. Going during a slow time makes it more likely. You just never know when it could happen, but it seems to happen pretty regularly.
I did. I got none of my requests but they upgraded us to a Royal Room. It was on NYE too, so I was very surprised.
