My plan says arrive to FOP at 7:53 (AK closes at 8:00), and this includes using rider swap. Will I be able to use rider swap that close to closing?
If you are psychically in the queue / show building before 7:59pm they will not turn you away.
In this case the second rider will not be able to enter until well after 8?
Yes because there is no way they would make it off the ride and get back in line by 8:00.
It would take 20-30 minutes, at least.
