This isn’t the right forum but I know you guys are experts! We bought my son a hoodie/coat in August at our local Disney store for our upcoming November trip. He’s been wearing it maybe a week now and a button popped off! Obviously no more receipt or tags. Will they return it? I’m so bummed.
Unless things have changed since I worked at the Disney Store a few years ago, they most likely would exchange it only. Maybe a merch credit for in-store only. But without a receipt…it’s going to be tough.
