Lunch was fantastic, other than the fact that they overcooked my steak (I ordered medium and it was well done). DFIL gave me a slice of his medium rare steak and it was perfect. The volcano was delicious as usual. We ordered two dishes of ice cream to go along with it since it’s never enough for the amount of brownie you get.

Got our luggage from Bell and we’re rearranging some items while waiting for the sunshine flyer. DD6 had another moody morning (she wanted to buy like 6 different things she saw and was devastated when I told her no each time) but we’re ending on a high.

I’m curious if this was for the crunchier leg parts of the dino nuggets or if it was just a power move and by nibbling on each one it kept anyone from swiping from her plate.

Anyone have experience with the Sunshine Flyer? Our time is 2:10 but I’m wondering if we should go out on the port cochere much earlier than that?

That’s what we ended up doing. All of our luggage on the curb with me and DFIL while the kids watch cartoons.

It arrived at 2:02pm and is pulling away at 2:09pm. Scheduled departure was 2:10pm. Presumably he checked everyone in who was supposed to be on, but definitely don’t cut it close with this one!

We left 10 or 15 mins early with Mears last year, but there was only one other family and we were both there early. I did wonder if it would have waited.
