It turns out my window was 10 min later than I thought so we had more time and didn’t need the grace period. It stopped raining just in time. It took a while to get rider swap set up but we’re not at the locker area.

It was kinda frustrating to wait for 40 minutes to walk 200 yards from one awning to another but that’s what Disney is all about, isn’t it?!

Life got all lifey when we got home, so I’m just catching up now. Thank you so much for taking time out and letting us crash your vacation. You and your family are amazingly wonderful and I’m grateful to have met you IRL. And also, I can’t even believe you’re still there. I’m not jealous.
PS - the POG Gelato by Muppets is not gelato. It’s dairy free!

Another great ride on Tron!
Tip: I found it was better to “sit up” rather than “lean in” while riding the light cycle. It hurts your chest if you lean in (or at least it was uncomfortable to me) whereas the back restraint is cushy in comparison.
We caught glimpses of / listened to HEA on our way out of the park. Basically the whole show since it started right as we were leaving Tron.

Tron vs GotG is an impossible question. They are such different attractions despite their similarities. Tron is more “prestige” whereas Guardians is more “fun.” When I ride Guardians, I want to sing and dance. When I ride Tron, I feel the “need for speed.” I feel like I’m moving effortlessly through space and time. Very cool sensation.

I enjoyed both. I road Tron in the front row all 4 times and loved it! I wish it was longer though. Guardians is still my favorite!

After not eating anything at lunch OR dinner and surviving on carnation instant breakfast, goldfish, and candy, DD6 finally asked me for food when we got to the hotel room just now. She asked for a slice of wheat toast with butter. Then she asked for a second slice. The other two joined her.
They were happier than they’ve been with any meal this trip.
I spent an obscene amount on food and they were sated with $0.32 worth of bread.
