What time do the resort buses typically start running with the early entry? And hour before? Second question - Is there any place at Epcot that serves breakfast?

There is a transportation spreadsheet that Liners use to fill in the different schedules for each resort. Maybe @PrincipalTinker can find the link?
As for breakfast at Epcot, there used to be some but right now with it opening at 10am or 11am, Iām not sure if they still are. Used to be Garden Grill and Akershus were character breakfasts.
ETA: I recommend Ale & Compass at Yacht Club for breakfast before an Epcot day.
Depends on how you define breakfast. Are you looking for a full, sit-down meal with eggs, waffles, etc? Or a smaller grab-and-go meal? We sometimes pop over to one of the World Showcase bakeries (France, Norway) for breakfast.

Les Halles (France) is frequently cited as a place to grab something breakfasty at Epcot, particularly if entering through the IG.
