Can you you swim in the pool of your resort before you check-in? We arrive at the Dolphin at noon but can’t check-in until 3.
I’m not sure about the dolphin but I know you can at the WDW-owned hotel pools. I would check in at noon when you arrive and then hang by the pool if your room isnt ready. Sounds like a great plan!

There is a large bathroom outside the club like pool bar at the dophin and you can change in there and get towels from the pool toys selling attendant. So, yeah, head to the pool
