Someone had shown the blackout dates @epcot for cast members starting mid august. This might line up. Fingers crossed this has a soft opening!

Bet the VIP tours might have a chance in Sept after the CM. Can’t think who else they could control access, I doubt they’d just randomly open a standy line. Unless they do it during EMH for the deluxe guests.
But Evening Extra Hours doesn’t start till the ride officially opens?

Correct. Evening EMH fur deluxe/DVC is set to start Oct. 1. I’m hopeful there will be soft openings next month though!

In the past they’ve done soft openings for annual pass holders and DVC members
