Refurbed Rooms at PoP Century

I noticed a poster on another forum said they had to pay extra for a renovated room at PoP Century. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Thanks

Not true. I had a refurbed room in October and it did not cost me more.

Thank you. I was trying to figure our how they could charge for that request since up until recently on standard rooms were refurbished.
