Refrigerators in Resort Rooms

As I understand “beverage coolers”, they have a variable setting so your wine can be at 65 degrees or your cream really cold. If I’m recalling accurately the lowest setting should produce a temperature at least 40 degrees, if not lower.

I don’t know nuthin about that inscrutable dial icon :face_with_spiral_eyes:

This makes a lot of sense. I don’t know about the lines…

My mom’s fridge in her assisted living room had the same dial as pictured above and it was very frustrating to figure out. It is never colder than 42 degrees, and the back wall is constantly covered in condensation. But she only keeps water (and cookies!) in there so not a real big issue.

I hate to be the one to revive and older thread… but you made me look… OKW says the DS has a “small refrigerator” We plan to grab a cooler too b/c we are going to be there for 30 days. Any tips?

Typically with the Deluxer Studios, they have always been actual refridgerators… because they are technically “homes”

So you shouldn’t have problems I wouldn’t think. See the picture below from a room tour (about 10 months ago)…

Its a little larger than the typical “Cubes”.

If you have a car, it won’t be a problem, just locate the nearest Publix and restock from time to time.

I love OKW by the way, one of our best trips ever was in a 2BR there…
