I have a 6th grader leaving for WDW tomorrow. Actually, I’m going on the same trip as a chaperone. 
Her mom asked for the work she will miss, but I wanted to give her alternate work, with a Disney twist. Have any of you done anything cute like that? Literary terms, Greek/Latin roots, author’s viewpoint or purpose, anything at all jumping out at you? I’d really rather this student NOT have to write as an assignment. How lame!
Have you ever seen the My Disney Class site? Might be something there that sparks an idea for you!
