Purchased photopass in advance--do they send a code to link to account?

Hey all knowing liners,

I purchased photopass/memory maker for our trip with a gift card–169.00. I see that the gift card has been used, but I haven’t received an email confirmation or any inkling that I purchased this service in advance–does this show up in your email at all or if they start taking pictures the information just appears? We will be also be in DS on the 9th before our park reservations start so I was hoping to have it up and running by then.

Side note–did notice that the discounted advance purchase is not available on the MDE app, but is available on the MDE website.

Nevermind found it buried under ticket info in tickets and plans. I have a hard time navigating the website.
