It took like 30 min for them to call us for our reservation at Cafe Orleans. But they have the steak frites that they didn’t have last time I was here so that makes up for it. Beautiful view.

I’m excited to see the cannons working, but Kylo on B mode is a bummer. I’d rather have him 100%. (Probably because I have never experienced the cannons)
I saw that you can get mini monte cristo sandwiches at a QS stand. However, everyone raves about the fries at Cafe Orleans. I really want the sandwich. Is it really worth it to do TS at Cafe Orleans for the fries?

I’m very excited to see the cannons working when we go in May! I think the first time I rode Rise in DL they were working. It’s been a long time, though.
