Premier pass oct 30 pilot

Yep, group size will also make a difference - good point.

Less so for prebooking/same day availability, but definitely for drops or LLs popping up on an ad hoc basis due to cancellations - you’ll have a much harder time grabbing those for groups of 6 or more.

A few weeks ago at MK, we were at the park from 10:00 am - 11:30 am and 5:30 pm-10:00 pm so not even a full day. We used 9 LLs for PP, TBA, PotC, Big Thunder, SM, Buzz, Tea Cups, Barnstormer and Magic Carpets. We had a 10th (Dumbo) which we decided to not use at the end of the night. If we had arrived back at MK at 4:30 pm instead of 5:30 pm, I think we could have also gotten LLs for Small World, Speedway and Little Mermaid as those were available late night, but we ran out of time. We would not have been able to get JC and HM.

I think people underestimate the time it takes just to get around the parks, and the time it takes to go on the ride itself. Never mind breaks for shopping and meals.

Even when I had the golden ticket first thing in the morning - we never went on “every” ride at MK.

We used Genie+ over the summer but, I admit, I have not used LLMP yet. With Genie+, once I got the hang of it, we were able to book 10-12 (possibly even more) at 2 or 3 of the parks the week we visited. There were 6 of us. I’m curious, what are the changes that limit you less LL’s under the new LLMP system? Starting out with 3 advance bookings seems like you could use even more under the new system.

No more 2-hour rule, which means no more stacking—you can only hold 3 LLs at a time. Also, fewer drops for fewer attractions.

It’s tiered so many Tier 1 and the top Tier 2 are sold out already day of.

This is my fear too.

How many people on these threads have said they should just do a universal style system.

Yes, but I think many of those people also underestimated how much WDW would charge for a universal style FP system.

Its true - but I worry about how people were thinking about cost when they filled out the survey :flushed:

Because …

And … everyone gets 3 advanced bookings with the new system which gives less advantage to guests like Liners who knew how to play the game to maximize LLs compared to the average guest. The new system levels the playing field to some extent.

I am definitely one that is pro- a Universal style system…mainly because it levels the playing field.

For UO guests it’s either express or standby. IMO the majority of guests accept this- and either purchase express or don’t.

In theory that should make standby lines “move”
If Disney continues to offer 8 zillion types of access to lightning lane- again just my opinion- nothing moves.
