If the brunch was offered every day (it’s only Sundays) then I probably would do. But it just doesn’t work for me on that day.

I think you made the right choice dropping CG brunch, it just didn’t fit in. I would try out stormalong bay, because if you don’t like it you still have time to change next years booking. Are you sure about Monsier Paul, it’s not a place I’d ever choose to dine alone, have you considered Teppon Edo or Biergarten? Will there be a festival on at epcot? If there is maybe the food booths?
