I thought it might be good to start a thread to collect post-Irma info/news/pictures. We can assume that Disney will not publish pictures of storm damage, but photos are coming in from resorts where people are staying. I’ll keep my eyes open on other forums and try to provide updates throughout the day (I’m safe in Pensacola, but off work today). Please share any pictures, news about reopenings, etc.

I have to say that those trees at POFQ are ridiculously proliferant anyway. There were branches down all over the place every morning when we stayed there. (No hurricane.) But they were cleaned up by the afternoon!
Lastest update as of 10:52am from Disney:
Walt Disney World Parks and Disney Springs remain closed today. We are beginning an initial assessment of our property. While we experienced high winds and rain, we maintained power throughout the storm.
As the hurricane has passed, we are keeping safety top of mind and working closely with public officials to determine when conditions are clear to make further operational decisions. We will communicate updates as we have more information to share.

Tampa airport is reporting that it will open on Tues. MCO has made no announcements yet. Some airlines are stating that service will resume Mon PM at MCO, but this may or may not be true.
The hub at MK looks pretty good.
General consensus is MK will open tomorrow, although the JC and TSI may be closed for a few days.

Looks like a LOT of tree damage at AK…
One of the “insiders” on a different forum said he wouldn’t be surprised if AK didn’t reopen until Thursday.
AKL looks like it did OK; one major tree down. There were some pictures I saw earlier that showed a lot down in the parking areas, but the poster said that it was already completelu cleaned up.

Jambo fared much better than Kidani Village. I walked over there today there are numerous tree down in the Savanna. Your home is already on the mend.
