Wondering if there is any updated info on how the room refurb at Port Orleans-French Quarter is going?

I didn’t know that POFQ was being refurbed. We’re booked there in April. I’ll have to check with DW to see if she still wants to go there, since the rooms will now be sort of “bland,” as some FB users put it, and have the tacky (IMO) shampoo and soap dispensers.

We were in a revamped room there last month. I thought it was nice although the Disney theming touches were pretty understated.

I’m trying to remember what the rooms looked like the last time we stayed there. I don’t remember a big Disney theme before. I’ll have to dig up my pictures.

No when we stayed there I didn’t notice any Disney theming except I think the shower curtain had hidden mickeys.
