It’s time for me to do my online check in for POR, and I was surprised the only room requests I can choose from are: corner room, second floor, highest floor, ground floor.
I was hoping to request a specific mansion building, so what’s the best way to do this? Fax? Email?
I have a garden view reservation for 1 person.

Maybe sending a fax would be best? I’ve never done it, but I keep reading about other liners requesting specific areas/buildings in the resort.
I faxed and was given the building I requested.
Definatly send a fax
I always, always call after using TP room selector and I use the exact words TP suggests in the selector. Then, I ask the CM to repeat the request. Always works and- unlike a fax or whatever- I’m sure the info got through.
