We are arriving at Poly for the first time in 18 days. My question is that in MDE online checkin there is a spot that says “requests” and has 2 drop downs, but they both appear blank with only the option"select." Is this a technical glitch on my account? What options should be there?
Both seem to offer choices of Balcony and ground floor. Which is silly. Because nobody would request both

Try clearing cookies and history and revisit.
