So about how long does she hang out at each slot? For 11 am one is it 11-11:30? 11-11:50? Or do two dif Pocas trade on and off in 30 min increments all day?

I think they are out anywhere from 40-45 minutes at a time (anyone please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong). For face characters, there is one character “friend” for each location per day. 
according to Kenny the pirate’s character locator, she is out for 40 min each time.
Helpful tip: Even if she will be there for 40 minutes, make sure you’re in line by the start time. Last week we happened to see her being walked to her meeting place and followed along, hoping to get in line to meet her. Her start time was 11 and this was at 11:03 or so. The cast member escorting her said the line had already reached its maximum, so we had to come back sometime later in the day that worked for our schedule. I had no idea they would reach maximum right away like that. (and that was supposedly on a crowd level 1 day – but it felt more crowded than that.) So if meeting her is important to you, be there at the beginning of a meeting time or a bit before if you want to be toward the start of the line.
I heard that Pocahontas recently moved? Does anyone know any details about this? My daughter is native and the whole highlight of our trip is meeting her!!! We are seriously going to AK just to meet this lady.
