Staying 1 night at a DS Hotel and then moving to BLT for a week. If I understand correctly, for ADRs I can make 1st night only at 180 days and then days 2 through 8 open up with day 2 essentially being a new 180 day mark, yes? But for FPP, 60 days will open up for first night all the way through last?

And no, this is not a throw away room on 1st night.

For ADRs it is 180 + length of stay, so you can do both check in and check out day at once. Then the next day will be 180 from the second stay so you can do the rest then.

For FPs you can do them all at 60 days.
