My wife will be needing a Disability Access Service Card when we visit Walt Disney World. She has MS and has major issues with overheating, making it tough to remain in line when temperatures are high. We are arriving at the Polynesian on June 1st but not entering a park until the second. Are we able to pick up the DAS card the night before we enter a park? Thanks!
You can pickup a DAS at MK Guest Services, which is to the far right before the tap stiles, so you can get there without using a ticket. You wife will have to be there, as they will take her photo for the card.
