Personalized Touring Plan Assuming Rope-Drop Laziness

Hi, all. We will be at the front of the rope-drop herd if it kills us. How can I get the personalized touring-plan machine to acknowledge this fact and stop assuming that it will take us, e.g., 67 minutes to ride Slinky Dog Dash first thing in the morning?
