Official park hours haven’t been released yet, but the tourplans.com crowd calendar is predicting DL will close at 7:30 pm on May 17, 2016, DCA will close at 6:00 pm on May 18, and DL will close at 6:00 pm on May 19. Anybody know why? These hours seem very strange and inconsistent with all other official and predicted hours before and after. I know 5/18 is a “Grad Nite” at DCA, but the official Disney Grad Nite webpage describes the private part being 10:00 pm to 2:00 am.
New info out today that DLR will be seriously cutting back on hours for the next 3 months. Here is why
Keep in mind thought that these are just predicted hours and you won’t really know what they will be until DL releases those dates. Since it is a slow season time (if there is such a thing anymore), expect shorter operating hours.
It’s looking like the park hours will be reflected at 9am to 10 pm so far during that 3rd week in May. May 18th is the farthest they are showing projected park Hours as of today. I’ve noticed the hours they seem to use for farther out dates are near the same as last year’s hours. Either way, you still get the 10 pm closing time + the extra hour after until it “officially” closes.
