Is it “normal” for Show Times to be listed outside of Park Hours?

This shows that Fantasmic is scheduled for 8:30pm but the park times say that the park closes at 8pm.
I expect these hours will change and the showtime will be within normal operating hours. It is still really early for the Sept hours. Disney has been known to change hours the month before, 2 weeks before, and even the day of… Yesterday, MK extended its hours on the day of.
Yes, shows can be scheduled outside of the park hours. Lately the 2nd Rivers of Light show has been after closing. I would expect that Fantasmic show to be filled since people will have time to line up.
