Can I redeem two days of park admission in the same day. It only costs me $10 to add additional days to my ticket. So if I want to hop only a couple of days it would be less cost than paying for the hopper
No. You need to add hopper.
That reason is exactly why they don’t allow it unfortunately. They want you to pay for the hopper
