We will be landing at LAX at 7am, hoping to get rental car, and make it to Disneyland by 10. Can I add park hopper once I get to the park? It’s our first time and only there for one day, so I don’t want to buy it, have travel issues, and then try to cram two parks in one day.

Yes, can add park hopper in person at the ticket booths when you’re ready to go to other park.
