Also pro tip. Cut it along the top center and the fish flakes right off on both sides. Also if anyone has had this, does the sauce taste like vanilla to you too?

There really aren’t bones honestly. Only had to take two small ones out. She said it’s mostly just the spine which the fish just falls right off. It’s really good. It’s Yellowtail Snapper.

Heading down to the beach to check it out. We’ve booked the on-site restaurant for dinner tonight and breakfast the next two mornings and hubby wants to do a nature walk but I’m sleeping in. There is a bourbon tasting tomorrow.
