I looked at the menu of the sit down Hollywood Studios options and wondering if there are any other sit down places close by that we should consider for lunch? Must be air conditioned and table service, planning on using it for a afternoon ac break in June.

With the skyliner now you could get to the Boardwalk pretty quickly
The best sit-down would be 50’s prime time or if expense is not an issue the Brown Derby. Also Hollywood and Vine though I have never eaten there. Syfi is not worth the money none the time as far as we were concerned.
We did Caribbean Beach (Sebastian’s) during our last trip. It was good. It was a quick skyliner over (less than 5 minutes), but it probably took about 15 minutes on the internal bus around the resort. You could probably walk it faster, but we had two kids with us.
