I would go to Epcot. Ride kid friendly rides with her, she will enjoy the aquarium and Nemo ride, Living with the Land, Figment, and the Mexico boat ride. There are several playgrounds around as well. When she is tired, she can sleep in the stroller while you stroll World Showcase and enjoy the countries.

I think I’ll plan like I’m going to Epcot… try to snag a PPO ADR at Garden Grill for us and some 30 day FPs (since we won’t check in until the following day… but it’s just 1 and the only one that will be even remotely hard is FEA) and then call an audible if I have to.

I DID manage a 7:50 Topolino’s ADR, that menu looks amazing compared with GG… wondering if the haul over from the skyliner is worth it, I can just have the sitter bring her to me AT RR… and it’s not like we’re RDing Soarin… hmmmmm
