Optimize and evaluate delay - Epcot comprehensive plan

So I’m making personalized touring plans for a trip in March. Have used them successfully in the past without issues. Am attempting to create an “everything including the kitchen sink” plan for Epcot to see how much I can cram in, including my FP+ and restaurant reservations, but I clicked “optimize and evaluate” hours ago and I’m still staring at the spinning circle of doom. Is there a customer service address I can email to ask about this?

I’d just refresh your screen and click optimize again.
