Great tips. Thanks. We’re going late May and into June. Need to start looking around at availability. About to hit the 7 month mark for DVC possibilities
Mouse Saver has a good chart for a room rate calander for each resort and toom type.
We are about to be in a similar situation in a few weeks. Four adults and a toddler. We are booked at a one bedroom at Kidani. We considered two rooms at Pop, but ultimately chose AKL because we need a tub for the baby. I’m starting to think things are going to be tight once we stuff four women’s luggage in there. Mother and daughter in the bedroom, mom and baby on pull down bed and me on the chair that lets out into a very small bed. I’m not worried about the sleeping arrangements per se. I don’t sleep much at Disney anyway. But I am worried about overall space and the ability to move about. I will let you know how it goes … ![]()
Cabins are great but 1 bathroom.
I think the cabins are overrated, the way they stuff up to 4 people in the bedroom like that.
For me it is about dedicated sleep surfaces. The cabins has four and many of the other options only have three. The full kitchen and the deck (with a grill?) also adds some flexibility in use. Of course, multiple surfaces and two bathrooms (such as 2 values) could be better.
So many good replies. Our crew enjoys HS and EP most so checking out BWV and BCV studios may be an idea if we want to squeeze in one room.
Poly would be fun and good to know on the most studio space.
Will definitely check out eh Mouse Saver chart!
Be careful with this. The extra square footage isn’t necessarily in the room that you will be hanging out it in. There is a lot of wasted space in the bathroom areas.
