Seems to me that if BBB makes you wait a long time you could have them call S220 and them that you’ll be late because BBB is running late.

Excellent idea - there was one time we had some ticketing issues at the Poly where our tickets were on the 2nd part of our package and we had a single night booked for our first day, but the tix weren’t attached. While the Poly desk worked with us to liberate our tickets, they called Le Cellier to let them know we’d be late and why. They even sprang for a cab to get us there faster. We got into Le Cellier with no issues despite being very late…
