Omelet station on breakfast buffet?

I saw someone mention that a CP had an omelet station and that has me wondering if any other breakfast/brunch places have this feature.

Boma does at breakfast.

Cape May used to, not sure if they still do.

And The Wave does an omelette “your way” on their menu. Not as part of the buffet, although if you wanted both I’m sure you could order the omelette as an extra!
