Theoretically speaking, if I were to show up to HS at 6am on Sept 1, and head straight to Olga’s, could I get an alcoholic drink if i so chose? Or are there alcohol serving laws in FL that prohibit the times of day and/or days of the week?
According to Florida law you aren’t supposed serve alcohol in restaurants until 7am. If Olga’s is open at 6am, they’ll make you wait until 7am to order alcohol drinks.
