I was there in the summer of 1976 as well. IIRC the parade was bicentennial themed.

I don’t have it to share, but a few months ago, I was visiting my aunt’s house and was going through a rediscovered cache of photographs, when I found a picture of my great grandmother at Magic Kingdom with Cinderella’s Castle in the background. On the back it was simply written “1971”
