Hey all! First time poster here… I’m wondering why I can’t add Olaf Meet and Greet to my Touring Plan in Hollywood Studios. Any insight? Thanks!
TP doesn’t always have character meet n greets in its list of drop down choices, maybe because times and locations and wait times can be so variable. When I want to add something like that, I create a break and label it “Olaf meet and greet” and set an amount of time (i.e. 30/45 minutes or whatever).

The Mickey and Minnie Meet and Greet is right next door, and you can add that in your plan. I did that and put in a note that reads: “ATTRACTION IS PLACEHOLDER ONLY. Go to the nearby “Celebrity Spotlight” to meet Olaf instead.”
