The week I have a DVC reservation for just myself and my son, my friend has a Pop reservation with her mom and aunt. I want to add her to my dvc reservation so she can join me on two of the extended deluxe nights that week. I’ve been listed on two resorts at Universal before due to use of a ghost room for UExpress pass, but never did with Disney resorts. I don’t want to mess up her Pop package that is room + tickets for her.

Now I’m concerned about transportation back to Pop for her at the end of deluxe hours —— how does that work? She would be listed on my deluxe room as a guest (dvc) and would be eligible for both Epcot and MK extd deluxe nights, but I don’t know how she gets back to Pop at end of night

A rideshare?
We did this with DH’s cousin and it was fine, but his magic band charges went to our room instead of his actual room. We were able to true up at the end, so it was fine, but just fair warning.

I really don’t feel comfortable with her taking a rideshare by herself. I’m thinking about telling her to stay for the first 1.5 hours of the 2 hr deluxe period and there should still be bus / skyliner running to Pop at that time, hopefully

I did this with a friend staying at Pop. We stayed until the end of EE at MK and there was a bus back to Pop there for her. We were surprised but happy!

There will be buses to all resorts after deluxe hours. Just a few weeks ago we checked out of AKL in the morning, into All Star Sports in the afternoon, and went to deluxe hours at EP that night. There was a bus for Sports (and all resorts that there is usually a bus for) waiting for us at the end. Lots of people will check out of deluxe on the day of the deluxe hours, and are still permitted to go to deluxe hours. Our bands turned green at the rides.
