Is this only available at dinner or can you get it at breakfast?
It was not offered to us at breakfast. I’m not certain if you could make a special request for it or not, but it’s definitely not standard.
If they have some made, I’m sure they’ll bring it to you. I always ask if I can get some at Kona (not for breakfast though) and they’ve never turned me down.

Should I contact them ahead of time to give them a heads up?
Maybe ask them if they can save you some from the night before?
