We will be staying at the Bay Lake Towers over the holidays. To cut cost, we planned to stay offsite the first night ( since our flight comes in late afternoon), check-in at Bay Lake early the next morning, leave our luggage at the front desk (since our room won’t be ready) and then go to Magic Kingdom. Because the EMH start at 7am over the holidays, we want to stay as close as possible at a reasonable cost. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced off-site hotel near Bay Lake Towers?
I don’t think there is anything close to the Contemporary and the Bay Lake Towers, because they are right next to the Magic Kingdom and everything built out from there.

If you do not have a car and you can fit your family in a one value room I would rent a value. Assuming they are not sold out. It would be easier with Magic Express from MCO, luggage shipped to BLT. Savings similar.
Nothing near baylake. However you MAY think of staying at MCO that first night - then you can still take advantage of the Mag Express to Bay Lake the day of checkin
