We checkin on 12/19 and checkout on 12/29. We are staying at Pop Century. All together there will be 7 adults and 9 children(ranging from 2-8) but part of our group is arriving on 12/21 and checking out on 12/27.

Any critiques would be appreciated.

12/20 I would do barnstormer while you are close to it with Dumbo. That wait in the afternoon does not seem worth it

12/21 I would hit SDD and get the child swap but do ASS and then go back to SDD for the child swap

12/23 I would try for some different fast passes if possible. You are going to do a ton of criss crossing the park with that current plan. Keep the FOP but I do not know if you could still get a KS or EE so you can limit some walking

How exactly does the child swap work? I’ve heard a lot of different stories.
