It could be a legit bug that you need to submit an IT ticket for. But a couple of things I recommend when creating a custom Touring Plan: Make sure this button is unchecked if you are going to manually enter your LL times. Leaving it unchecked will keep things cleaner. TP will only use the times you manually configure and won’t try to assign you a LL.
